Last day of school

Kolbryn had a history fair on the last day of school so all week we were staying up and visiting family and friends who were off track I would look through his back pack when I got them to bed and find an assignment due the next day about family history.Kolbryn learned a lot about his name sake and many other family members. THe fairies had arrived earlier in the week. This was Kolbryn's class waiting out side in the hall as each kid got to enter into the class room by themselves to see what the fairies had brought. This is logan showing what grade he is in know. He said he rules the school now. Logan had a field trip on Wed. He went to camp floyd. This was were the army camped when getting ready to fight the mormons. It was also a stop on the pony express. This is Logan being a pony express rider. Their teacher told them they were going to ride horses.

4th of july

We went to a Redd party which was really nice and pretty. Getting to see everyone and check up on what everyone is up to. Then we went the golf club's fire works, keelee got there early and saved us some seats. Thanks keelee. The traffic was crazy but it was fun being apart of the big group and enjoying things together. The kids were really excited to see the fire works, They were screaming and laughing and saying how pretty everything was. No big fights, just smiles and laughs. We got home around 11:30. The kids were begging not to go to church early in the morning and wanted to go to keelee's church at 11. But everyone was awake and ready to go on time.

3rd grade play

Brittin's class has been practicing a play for the last month of school, It was about having a good character, honest, trustworthy, Etc. It was really enjoyable to watch. She really had a good time practicing it, she was back stage manager and had to have all the props in order and in the right spots. She was also under study for many people but didn't have to step in for anyone. Nana and a lot of her cousins came to watch her. Brittin also earned an ice cream party in her class. At the beginning of the year the teacher told them they get to earn toppings for every math fact they learn, so it was fun to see their hard work rewarded. Brecken got some too.

3 v3

Brittin got invited to play in a 3v3 soccer tournament. It was so fun to play and watch. James just got home from the River trip that night and her first game was at 8:30 across town. They did a really great job. Her team worked together and in 4 games brittin scored 9 goals. We were sad to see them lose the last game.

Finally there was a hot day. We filled up water balloons and went to copperton park and after we popped those, which was 1 second and it took me 20 min. to fill them, we played a while then headed over to a splash pad, then over to Day Break to ride scooters and play in the rope park. IT was fun to remember what summer is like. We did all of this after school on Friday.

Kolbryn finally got principal's pride. He has been waiting all year for this. All he had to do was have nice hand writing. Which I can not do. His whole class came and cheered him on, that has never happened before. Nana came to support him. We were so excited to see him get it. James has planet strawberries and this year the weather was so weird that hardly any of them grew. Here are the couple we did get to enjoy. We meaning Brecken.
