G.J.
While the kids were off track we finally made it to my mom's house in G.J. The kids got to be splint up so they even had a better time. My mom came to see the kids last basketball games and then took Brittin and Brecken home with them. Then I came down on Tuesday after sports camp with Logan and Kolbryn and spent the night then had fun around the house and then went to a dinosaur museum, that day at the museum they had the smallest dinosaur exhibit open, in Fruita, Co. Then I took Brittin and Brecken home and Logan and Kolbryn got to stay. They learned black jack and went bowling. ON the way back to S.L. They had a big lunch in town and then got back on the road. Well Kolbryn thought he was still hungry and wanted to eat somemore in the car, my mom said that they just ate you can't be hungry. SO he started to cry and she thought that was weird and then she saw him holding his stomach and realized he was going to throw up. Well they had a take home container with food in it and there is where he lost his lunch. So they had to clean out the car, carseat and Kolbryn in a gas station. Sorry mom. Just the other day I was making dinner and Kolbryn came over and said yuck, that looks think my throw up, so that was very nice thought to have while eating. Yes I am one of those mothers that lines her kids up like ducks in a row. Also I like blinding them, I think we are vampires, good think vampires are in this season. The light just kills them. Another thing they got from their dad, he is the worst to get a picture of either he is making a face or the flash makes him make a face.
Before shots
Kolbryn had his birthday party just a couple weeks ago, he went to Hollywood connection and played laser tag with his friends and cousins, papa and nana, and uncles. It was a lot of fun. It was the first time any of our kids had done laser tag and they loved it. Since we had so many kids it didn't cost so much per game. So we can go back because everyone liked it. Here is also a look of what the kid's hair usually look like, I don't know what we are going to do with Kolbryn and his mohawk.
It's offical- I have crazy kids, at least their hair is
Today is crazy hair day. It has been crazy sock, crazy hat and now crazy hair. Tomorrow is crazy shoes. Logan didn't want to do any of it but the hair part, because he is in 5th grade and what 5th grader does that. But today was too much for him to pass up. Kolbryn begged James to give him a mohawk and while I was at scouts he did. Then Brittin's idea was to take a shower at night and go to bed with wet hair and then her hair would be crazy, but we didn't have time after scouts to shower her. But when she saw Kolbryn's hair she wanted a mohawk too, so I said I could do it. Brecken had to join in the craze too. He started swimming lessons and I didn't know if they would let him in the pool with it in his hair, but he wanted it. While doing their hair this morning I asked why do you guys put so much thought into crazy hair ideas and time sitting still and looking crazy but not that much time in doing book reports or finishing homework. Which their reply was a blank stare of mom why would you ask such a question. So now I know my children can get to school on time, be dressed and have breakfast eaten and out the door, backpacks, sock, shoes on with out me hurrying them along. What an eye opening day crazy hair day was.
